As a child, I always knew I would grow up to 'help' in some way. In my young mind, I thought of it as 'saving the world', not realising the enormity of that statement. I have come to understand that we can all contribute, we just have to find our niche.

Hello, I'm Kirsty

 I am a fully trained and accredited Advanced Functional Kinesiologist, completing my training at the highly regarded O'Neill Kinesiology College. 

I love nature, music and adventure and you will often find me doing something active. 

I have had many life experiences and I found Kinesiology to be the 'thing' that helped me to understand and work through those experiences that caused me trauma and held me back in life. 

Gaining a Science degree and working with the environment was immensely rewarding, however, being introduced to Kinesiology by my sister in law was life changing for me. I am not so hard on myself these days and I am not 'triggered' like I used to be (although I still have to remind myself sometimes that things don't have to be perfect ;) ). Having said this, I still have Kinesiology sessions, as healing has so many layers and there is always something that is ready to be recognised and released. I still do my bit for the environment (and always will), it just looks a little different these days.

I welcome my clients to a safe, honouring space, allowing them to understand their own healing. I believe Kinesiology to be a powerful tool in supporting you to flourish in life.
